GPUMINE Mining Encyclopedia(三)

Mining Pool Payout Methods (1): PROP

The PROP (Proportional payout system) mode involves tallying the answers submitted by each individual. When a block is mined, the block reward is distributed according to the proportion of answers submitted in each round.

Mining Pool Payout Methods (2): PPLNS

PPLNS (Pay Per Last N Shares) mode involves tallying the answers submitted by each individual. When a block is mined, the block reward is distributed based on the proportion of the last N answers submitted in each round. As miners stop submitting answers, their share of the pool's earnings gradually decreases until it is completely diluted.

Mining Pool Payout Methods (3): PPS

In the PPS (Pay-Per-Share) mode, the pool calculates the earnings for each answer submitted by miners based on block difficulty and block rewards. Miners receive mining rewards immediately upon submitting answers, without having to wait for a block to be mined.

Mining Pool Payout Methods (4): PPS+ (GPUMINE's Reward Model)

In addition to the basic block rewards in PPS, rewards include transaction fees and additional block rewards, such as uncle blocks and MEV (Miner Extractable Value) earnings, for example, in the ETH series.
